Cardio-respiratory resuscitation course in charge of specialized professors in the necessary exercises to face a situation which requires urgent treatment and skills.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY WORKSHOP
FOR CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH
The aim of this activity is to guide athletes to carry out a cardiovascular medical checkup before starting intense sports activities. We will also do a hands-on "Cardio" exercise class.
